Rotary-vane compressor technology – with four-pole, direct-coupled motors turning at just 1,500rpm – slashes electricity use compared to other compressors.

LOW-COST MAINTENANCE AND CONTINUOUS OPERATION

No scheduled requirement for a re-bearing of the air-end spares you unexpected and expensive repairs. AIR CENTRE’S mechanical air/oil separation chamber provides up to 10,000 hours of separator service life. And its cabinet pre-filter prevents intake-air impurities from clogging the cooler and main air filter. Required oil volumes are less than a rotary-screw compressor’s, cutting your maintenance costs.

VERSATILE TO MEET YOUR EVERY NEED

AIR CENTRE outputs clean, high-quality air – oil carry over is less than 3ppm before air treatment – suitable for all industrial uses. It’s available in six frame sizes, and 18 motor sizes from 4kW (25cfm; 0.7m³/min) to 250kW (1,555cfm; 44m³/min). Advanced intake valves even allow operation without an air-storage tank if your application requires this.
