Total Cover Service Plan Provides:
All
parts, labour, and lubricants required during routine service visit.
All
parts, labour, and lubricants required to repair the compressor
if unexpected failure occurs.
Our Service Department can be contacted 7 days a week, 365 days
a year, and our field based service engineers will respond rapidly
to your needs.
All parts will be carried by Mattei therefore customers do not have
to stock any parts at all.
All maintenance and repair records are available to the customer.
All planned visits will be organised by Mattei to fit in with customers'
production requirements.
This flexible service plan offers fixed prices for various running
hours per year.
The agreement period is 5 years with the fixed cost payable at the
start of each year. The annual cost is linked to the BEAMA index
of prices and so maintenance costs can be projected accurately for
the agreement period.
All the customer has to do is operate the compressor in accordance
with the Mattei Operating Manual.
