Maestro
MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL AND PROTECTION SYSTEM "MAESTRO"
Maestro is a programmable system controlling the compressor operation and adapting the same to the specific requirements of the air distribution system. It has different programming levels and special possibilities of controlling and analysing the operation and faults.
Advanced programming and analysis levels are protected by digital codes to avoid unintentional tampering. Maestro has a memory that keeps the operation settings and data in case of lack of electricity.
Hardware
- Ergonomic control panel with keys for quick access to the main menu
- Access keys to menu, start, stop and reset keys with "Led" indication
- "LCD" display (lighted text - 4 lines - 20 letters)
- Interfaces:
- RS485 to communicate with other "MAESTRO" devices
- RS485 (optional) to communicate with supervisor PC
Software

- Displaying of:
- analog data: line pressure, separator pressure, pressure in the chamber, oil temperature, air temperature at the outlet
- general data: alarms, operative messages, machine state, maximum and minimum pressure, last start and last stop
- hour counter: display of on/off times, operation, load, maintenance times
- events storing: alarms and blocks storing, with indication that alarm operated, hour of the alarm operation, machine state

- Separator and oil chamber pressure
- Air outlet temperature and compressor oil temperature

programming of basic parameters (accessible by the user) for optimal compressor operation
- check of the state of the controller inputs and outputs, to detect possible failures in the compressor electric system
- storing up to 20 fault events
- remote control, through volt free contacts, of machine states
MAESTRO, connected to Mattei SuperVisor supervision device (optional) allows:
- remote monitoring through web interface
- to signal alarms through e-mail, fax or mobile phone.
