Mattei's air dryers use drying module for compressed air treatment. High resistance to corrosion, excellent conductivity, mechanical resistance and an high degree of recyclability are guaranteed by the aluminium.

ADVANTAGES:

• limited pressure drop also in the event of extreme load
• constant Dew Point even in variable operation conditions
• excellent performances thanks to the counter-flows of air-refrigerant exchanger
• the generous dimensions of the exchange surface determines the correct and complete evaporation of the refrigerant (preventing liquid returning to the compressor).

Mattei's air dryers are aimed to environment protection, using only ecological refrigerant and recyclable materials.

All the compressors allow to obtain compressed air of quality according to ISO 8573-1 class 4 and to the European Directives.

Operating Principle

Mattei's MD refrigerant dryers, with direct expansion, are provided with refrigerant system and heat exchanger. This system allows the cooling of the wet inlet air flow.

	CONTROL PANEL The right functioning of the dryer is checked by the digital thermometer of the control panel.
	BY-PASS VALVE This valve of new generation avoids the creation of ice inside the dryer evaporator in every load conditions.
	CONDENSATE DRAIN All models are equipped with a condensate electronic drainer with timer.
